Peak Technologies has partnered with SwipBox to bring parcel locker functionality into its omnichannel retail ecosystem, enabling retailers to add automated pickup to their existing store and fulfilment systems. Together, the two companies combine Peak’s retail software expertise with SwipBox parcel lockers to create a seamless end-to-end pickup solution.
Through integration with Peak Technologies’ M-Netics omnichannel platform, retailers can manage orders, fulfilment and collection through a single system. Not only does this help retailers reduce queues and pressure on store staff during busy periods, it also gives customers great flexibility.
The solution has already been implemented at Dublin and Cork airports for click & collect purchases and with Norwegian beauty retailer Blivakker, where lockers support BOPIS (buy online, pick up in store) orders delivered to store by a carrier.
