DPD Poland surpasses 10,000 SwipBox Infinity lockers

DPD Poland has reached a major milestone in expanding its out-of-home (OOH) delivery network, installing over 10,000 SwipBox Infinity parcel lockers across the country. This achievement strengthens DPD Poland’s position as a leader in flexible, customer-focused parcel delivery.

Meeting growing demand for convenient OOH delivery

Driven by e-commerce growth and shifting consumer preferences, DPD Poland has worked closely with SwipBox to meet the rising demand for convenient pickup options. The fully wireless SwipBox Infinity lockers are quick to deploy and currently provide convenient pickups in over 1,000 large cities and smaller towns, ensuring broad access to OOH services nationwide.

“Our priority is to provide solutions that meet customer expectations and support e-commerce growth. Reaching the 10,000-locker milestone shows how much consumers value the flexibility that DPD Pickup offers. This network is a key part of our strategy, and SwipBox’s lockers play a vital role in it,” says Łukasz Zembowicz, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at DPD Poland.

DPD Pickup now includes more than 32,000 pickup and drop-off points across Poland – a combination of SwipBox Infinity lockers and manned pickup/drop-off points. This extensive network makes it easier than ever for consumers to collect parcels at their convenience, helping to reduce missed deliveries and offering a more responsible alternative to traditional courier services.

A strong partnership driving growth

“DPD Poland is a strategic partner for us in growing the OOH delivery ecosystem. We’re seeing strong demand for this model and are committed to expanding the network further,” adds Michał Czechowski, Managing Director of SwipBox Poland.

The 10,000-locker milestone marks a significant step in DPD Poland’s continued investment in innovative delivery solutions with a reduced environmental impact – and the company shows no signs of slowing down.
