User Interaction Designer

Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
Define navigation structures and hierarchies to enhance user understanding and efficiency.
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Work with design systems to ensure consistency across user interfaces and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Collaborate with the core design team and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
Apply interaction design principles to create intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experiences.
Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Comprehensive and well-organized portfolio that showcases a range of projects, demonstrating your skills and the evolution of your design thinking and process.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, or other prototyping tools.
Empathetic approach to understanding user needs and incorporating that understanding into design solutions.
Understanding of accessibility, and visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
Good understanding of microcopy and UX writing.
Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements, user feedback, and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in animations is a plus.
