Student Job – UX Research

Design real-world parcel locker experiences

Do you want to get real experience and create real results in user-driven design? We are looking for a student within the UX field to join our UX team and contribute to the development of our parcel locker solutions both digitally and physically. In this role, you will be involved in the UX process from early research and analysis to design, testing and documentation and will work closely with our development team.

Your tasks will cover:

• Participating in UX processes from research and analysis to design, test and documentation
• Gathering user input through interviews, observations and field research where necessary
• Analysing insights based on user behaviour, pain points and user needs
• Creation of digital and physical prototypes
• Planning and participating in workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Planning and participating in usability testing, incl. recruitment of test participants
• Documenting choices of design, insights and recommendations
• Presenting results for relevant internal stakeholders
  
  

We imagine that you:

• Are currently studying UX, Interaction Design, Digital Design or a similar study and have completed at least the second year of your bachelor’s degree
• Have knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
• Are interested in the combination of digital solutions and physical products
• Are experienced with teamwork and can collaborate across departments
• Have a structured and analytical approach

If you have some knowledge or experience with coding and have a general technical understanding, it can be an advantage. Danish proficiency is a plus but not required.

About the job
You will be working approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods. You will be working from our headquarter in Sønderborg although working from home can be arranged.
