Compliance Coordinator
Structure, organisation and oversight
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring quality, structure and the continuous development of our compliance work? We are looking for a compliance coordinator who can drive tasks within contract management, GDPR, policies and ESG in close collaboration with internal teams and our external legal partner.
You will be our go-to person within these areas, responsible for creating oversight and locating relevant information. You will quickly become self-sufficient and take ownership of day-to-day reporting and follow-up.
You will become part of our Finance and Business Support team and report directly to our CFO.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Ensure oversight of standard contracts and versions and coordinate external legal assistance, including handling expiries and renewals
- Manage DocuSign execution
- Ensure policies and guidelines are updated in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including GDPR-related tasks
- Coordinate required activities in accordance with ISO standards, such as audit preparation
- Coordinate and update ESG-related reporting, including required disclosures.
We imagine that you:
- Are an experienced administrative professional, for example with a background as a controller, coordinator, legal secretary or similar
- Have a relevant qualification, such as business administration, financial studies, a bachelor’s degree or similar
- Are structured and systematic and have a strong understanding of documentation and administrative processes
- Enjoy taking responsibility and managing multiple processes simultaneously
- Have strong collaboration skills across the organisation
- Are proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken, as we are an international workplace.
It is an advantage if you have experience structuring larger areas such as contract management, liaising with external legal advisors, GDPR or similar fields.
This is a broad role, and the most important thing is that you are structured and systematic in your approach to different tasks. We have specialists within the organisation to support you with the rest.
You will work from our headquarters in Sønderborg. We offer flexibility when it comes to planning working-from-home days.
