Founder and CEO of SwipBox, Allan Kaczmarek, got the first ideas of thinking last mile from a different perspective back in 2003. The production and development started in his father's garage
with one predominant ideology in mind - customer convenience.
SwipBox was founded in 2012 and within two weeks, the first 400 parcel lockers were placed in Denmark. Today, we have thousands of parcel lockers placed all over the world.
When we are developing new solutions, it is always from a customer centric standpoint. This means that every element of the SwipBox solution must add convenience for customers and lower the cost of operation for our partners.
Together with our partners, we always strive to optimize the solution to reduce the carbon footprint in the first and last mile area.
For more than a decade, SwipBox has been a software company with a hardware solution, providing parcel logistics companies with innovative software solutions along with solid hardware, which have set new standards for parcel lockers.
Prospectively, these are still our key competencies.
However, recently we have made strategic choices that include introducing dense parcel locker networks to our portfolio. We are developing parcel locker networks as an infrastructural service, which is revolutionizing parcel logistics.
SwipBox consists of a team of colleagues with different backgrounds. We are IT developers, UX designers, marketing specialists, hardware technicians and hotline professionals – just to mention a few of our areas of expertise.
