The SwipBox network consists of base modules that can be expanded with optional add-on modules.

A courier places the parcel in the SwipBox. The courier scans the parcel barcode via the scanner on the SwipBox. The SwipBox relays the information to the central database via 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi or LAN connection and the costumer is notified by SMS.

After receiving a PIN code via SMS or email a customer picks up (or sends) a parcel from the SwipBox. This creates a more flexible process as the customer decides when to pick up the parcel.

Installation time of 15 minutes with only 110-240V power requirement means no structural preparation on location. It is easy to move the SwipBox if needed, and you can add on modules as required. The operation of the SwipBox is fully automated and does not require store staff assistance.
